The Pulpit Club

The Pulpit Club is established as one of the finest private golf clubs in Canada, with an affluent, vibrant, and progressive membership base.

  • Its two world-class golf courses - the Pulpit and Paintbrush, each offer a unique and highly sought-after experience.

  • Following Longridge’s acquisition in 2020, The Pulpit Club has successfully repositioned as a four-season destination for outdoor enthusiasts and is well-capitalized for future success.

  • Beyond its golf courses, the club offers indoor and outdoor practice facilities, top-tier instruction, a golf simulator, a pool, kids camps, winter programming, hiking trails and multiple dining facilities.

Longridge Outdoor Centre

The Longridge Outdoor Centre is a conceptual amenity to be built on Longridge property south of the Pulpit golf course.

  • The LOC will be the home for non-golf programming and outdoor exploration, including tennis facilities, extensive hiking trails, kids camps, outdoor education, and special events.

  • The location of the Longridge Outdoor Centre benefits from direct highway access and two large and scenic ponds.

  • In addition to Pulpit Club members and Pulpit Ridge Resort guests, Lifestyle category memberships will be offered for non-golf outdoor enthusiasts wishing to access these facilities.

Existing Accommodations

Escarpment House

  • Already Established - Escarpment House is the pinnacle of luxury, a 14,000 sq. ft. estate home set on 80 acres atop the Niagara Escarpment.

  • As a Pulpit Ridge Resort property, Escarpment House is available for exclusive use for luxurious overnight stays, corporate gatherings, and special events.

  • Complete concierge services are provided for an enhanced guest experience.

Longridge House

  • Already established - Longridge House is a log-cabin-style home with 3 bedrooms and multiple living and work spaces.

  • Longridge House is a Pulpit Ridge Resort property suitable for families and corporate gatherings.

  • Complete concierge services are provided for an enhanced guest experience.

Brushview

  • Already established - Brushview is a contemporary Caledon home with 5 bedrooms and on-site amenities. Located adjacent to the Paintbrush golf course, with a dedicated golf cart providing convenient access to the clubhouse.

  • As a Pulpit Ridge Resort property, Brushview is available to guests, focusing on families and small golf retreats.

  • Complete concierge services are provided for an enhanced guest experience.

Future Development Phases

Phase 1 Land

Phase 1 Land for future development of Pulpit Ridge Resort consists of 140-acre acres immediately south of the Pulpit golf courses.

These two properties, known as California Exchange and Pulpit Ponds, will be home to the Cabin and Cottage categories of accommodations and the Longridge Outdoor Centre.

The historic California Exchange Hotel will be integrated with the resort.

Phase 2 Land

Upon completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 Land for future development consists of 130 acres immediately south of the Paintbrush golf course - a top 10 golf course in Canada.

This property, known as Paintbrush Hill, will be home to the Ranch category of accommodations, which will offer larger and further set apart units at a premium cost.

Phase 3 Land

Phase 3 Land for future development consists of 250 acres south of the Phase 1 Land, connected by trail via the Willoughby Nature Reserve.

This property, known as Knightsgrange, has in place 5 five estate homes, as well as a tennis court, 2 pools, large pond and extensive trails. The building lots may be improved upon, or expanded using the significant open area with elevated building sites for the premium category Estates of Pulpit Ridge.

Concept Developments

The Cabins

  • The Cabins of Pulpit Ridge will be the resort’s smallest accommodation units, to be located on the 38-acre Pulpit Ponds property in Phase 1 Lands, south of the Pulpit golf course and home of the Longridge Outdoor Centre.

  • The one and two-bedroom cabins will be ideally suited for short-term stays with shared access to recreational amenities such as the resort pools, tennis courts and walking trails.

The Cottages

  • The Cottages of Pulpit Ridge will be the resort’s primary accommodation units, to be located on the 100 acre California Exchange property in Phase 1, south of the Pulpit golf course.

  • Each cottage will feature a 2 or 3 bedroom layout with shared access to recreational amenities such as pools, tennis courts and walking trails.

The Ranches

  • The Ranches of Pulpit Ridge will be medium-sized accommodation units, on the 130-acre Paintbrush Hill property, south of the Paintbrush golf course. This development will commence following the completion of Phase 1.

  • Each farmhouse-style ranch will enjoy wider distances between neighbouring cottages, featuring 3- and 4-bedroom dwellings.

The Estates

  • The five-bedroom estate-style homes will feature dedicated amenities such as private pools and outbuildings.

  • The Estates of Pulpit Ridge will be Pulpit Ridge Resort’s largest accommodation offerings, on Phase 3 Lands - the 250 acre Knightsgrange property, south of the Willoughby Nature Reserve.
