Longridge Partners Inc. is an investment company that manages long-term holdings of Canadian real estate assets on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investor clients. Longridge Grenadines Ltd. was established in 2024 to pursue and manage new real estate investment opportunities in the Grenadine islands of the Caribbean.

Longridge was established in Toronto, Canada, in 2018 by John Clark and Mack Crawford. The overarching investment philosophy focuses on properties with superior natural features on the belief that they will be in perennial demand and diminishing supply.

John Clark is an industry veteran whose vast knowledge of alternative asset classes stems from his involvement in numerous other investment ventures he has successfully founded, including Connor Clark, Connor Clark & Lunn, JC Clark, CommonWealth Fund Services, and Caledon Trust Company. Over the years, John has also played a fundamental role for several boards of directors, including Chairman of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

MACK CRAWFORD

CEO

Mack co-founded Longridge Partners in 2018 following the successful growth and sale of CommonWealth Fund Services, under his leadership. His passion for the outdoors and his professional background in real estate and the investment industry led to the formation of Longridge Partners’ investment thesis and identification of property acquisition targets. As company CEO, Mack oversees Longridge Partners’ private real estate funds and direct investment portfolios.
