Longridge Partners Inc. is an investment company that manages long-term holdings of Canadian real estate assets on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investor clients.

Longridge was established in Toronto, Canada, in 2018 by John Clark and Mack Crawford. The overarching investment philosophy focuses on luxury lifestyle assets, prioritizing land with superior natural features.

Beyond investments in Canada that Longridge Partners manages, Longridge Grenadines Ltd. was established in 2024 to pursue and manage real estate investment opportunities in the Grenadine islands of the Caribbean.

Natural features are intrinsic traits that will be in perennial demand and diminishing supply.

Our mission is to invest in good nature and connect people to the outdoors. We aim to protect key natural features through long-term investment. We believe properties with rich natural features possess inherent values, and that spending time in nature increases our quality of life.

Longridge accepts capital commitments by investors for the purchase of properties, in groups with other investors, through co-ownership and limited partnership structures.

For institutions, family offices, and accredited high net worth investors, Longridge manages inflation-protected real estate assets with a thesis that nature-rich properties will be in perennial demand and diminishing supply.
